Wilderness Camps
Wilderness Camps are truly an epic experience! They give campers an opportunity to stretch their comfort zone through an outdoor adventure they won't soon forget! These trips offer an incredible opportunity to learn more about God, while being surrounded by His creation! Shiktehawk Bible Camp has been operating Wilderness Camps for over 20 years, and has a wealth of experience in running these programs to help give campers an incredible, fun, and safe adventure in the great outdoors!

Wheels Camp is back for another year! The avid mountain bikers ultimate experience! For the first time ever, in 2025 Wheels Campers will be spending TWO full days at Sugarloaf Bike Park - riding some of the best downhill mountain bike trails that Atlantic Canada has to offer! The Bay of Fundy is a national treasure and it’s in our backyard. Tide is your chance to sea kayak for a week; exploring coves, cliffs, beaches and experience the world’s highest tides! It is not uncommon to see numerous types of sea life; whales, porpoise, seals - you name it! First, spend a couple days at Shiktehawk learning the necessary skills before embarking on the adventure alongside a Paddle Canada certified sea kayaking guide and some of our wonderful staff. Canoe camp is a four-day wilderness adventure. Spend the first day at Shiktehawk learning the skills and packing all the gear you need for a great trip. Then, head out to Spednic Lake Nature Preserve to start your group wilderness adventure. You will be camping on islands, canoeing, swimming, cooking over a fire and playing games. This is a new trip for 2025, and we could not be more excited! Registration will be opening on May 5th, 2025 & spaces are limited! This is an event for Fathers & Sons (sons over the age of 14) where we will be canoeing down the St. Croix river, camping out for 2 nights, fishing, cooking all of our meals over the fire, and spending time together. The heart behind this event is to connect & grow deeper relationships - both with one another & with Jesus.
