Summer Missionary Staff

Trained with basic childcare, child behaviour and development skills; our summer missionaries are ready to be amazing role models for your youngster. Our energetic, fun loving team are carefully selected because of their maturity, ability to develop healthy relationships with young people and their love for camp. Their Christian faith is strong and they believe Camp is Fun! They are excited to share this great summer experience with your child.

 
What to pack for summer camps

(Please label all belongings)

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Bible, notebook and pen
  • Several shirts and sweatshirts
  • Multiple shorts and long pants
  • Several socks and sneakers
  • Jacket / raincoat, boots, hat
  • Extra clothing that can get dirty to wear during messy games
  • Sleeping bag and pillow
  • Modest one piece swimsuit and towel
  • Washcloth and soap
  • Toothbrush and toothpaste
  • Shampoo and hairbrush
  • Sunscreen and bug spray
  • Flashlight
  • Extra bag for packing

WHAT TO LEAVE HOME:

  • Tube top, low cut, spaghetti straps and any other overly revealing clothing
  • Overly revealing and / or two piece swimsuits
  • Personal entertainment devices (including but not limited to): Mp3 players, laptops, DVD players, radios, etc.
  • Cameras or video cameras (photo CDs are available for purchase)
  • Cell phones or picture phones
  • Two way radios
  • Bad attitudes
